CPR and Basic First Aid

All Mark Houston Recovery residents will become CPR and Basic First Aid certified during their stay with us. We view this education and training as good both for society and recovering persons. Unfortunately, it is almost guaranteed that on their lifelong path of sobriety recovering addicts will encounter life-threatening situations involving other recovering persons.

These situations run the gamut from acts of violence, to accidents, to drug overdoses, so we feel that this service to our residents will save lives over the course of their experiences. We feel that it is our duty to prepare them as much as possible for what is sure to come.
