The admission process consists of the following:
- Meet the Resident Criteria Profile
- Intake call with Admissions Staff
- Intake Property Inventory Faxed/Downloaded
- Reviewed Resident Code of Conduct Faxed/Downloaded
- Reviewed Financial Responsibility Disclosure Faxed/Downloaded & Reviewed
- Complete Financial Arrangements
- Admission Date & Time Scheduled
The admissions staff will assist you and or your family in arranging the time for admission. Our preference is Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm., but other options will be considered based on the resident's needs.
