Ryan O’Neal’s Lawyers Must Think we are Stupid

Well if he isn’t beating the crap out of his kids, shooting at people, or producing offspring with equally messed up lives, what is Ryan O’Neal doing?
-Meth.
The recently arrested actor has started a legal fight regarding the meth found in his home in September. Here is a summation of the charge against O’Neal.
Actor Ryan O’Neal and his son, Redmond, were arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning after authorities stopped by the actor’s home for a probation check on Redmond. Authorities reportedly found methamphetamine on the 23-year-old and a vile of the substance in O’Neal’s room. (Source MSNBC)
Apparently Farrah Fawcett, the one time “Charlie’s Angels” sex symbol and mother of Redmond O’Neal, was in the house at the time of the arrest also. I digress, O’Neal’s lawyer is now coming out and alleging that the drugs found in the actors room were not his.
“Those were not Ryan’s drugs, he doesn’t use drugs, and has nothing to do with them,” Mark Werksman told People. “It’s a dangerous assumption for deputies to have arrested Ryan just because he was in proximity to the drugs.”(Source KREN.com)
Well without overstepping my bounds, Mr. Werksman is an idiot. Proximity is a major factor in the power to arrest, whether O’Neal is guilty or not is up to a jury to decide, but saying O’Neal shouldn’t have been arrested for mere proximity is a fallacy.

He should demand a hair analysis for the drug in question and if the results are negative take it to a jury and counter sue. BUT, if he is a meth user man he must not use much, he is bloated as a manatee in that photo
